about LOMO SALTADO

we will talk about the "lomo saltado". "Lomo Saltado" is the most popular beef dish in Peru. it is a mixture of peruvian food with chinese food. A very juicy sliced beef with onions and tomatoes, its delicious

the recipe

ingredients
600 grams of beef
6 teaspoon of vinegar
a teaspoon of mashed garlic
2 strips of chily
a teaspoon of salt
a teaspoon of soy sauce
a ground peppers
2 tomatoes
2 onions
4 potatoes
a little of cilantro

Preparation
first, peel four potatoes; then, cut them and fry in a small pan. After that, chop the beef and fry it in a pan with vegetable oil. Next, cut tomatoes and onios in slices. Then mix the tomatoes, onions, mashed garlic and peppers in a big frying pan and saute. Next, add a teaspoon of salt and soy sauce and stir.
after that, mix that with the beef and finally, serve with potatoes and rice.
